It was a good experience overall. The rooms were cosy with fireplace, the staff were efficient. The service was great and the pool was nice.

I loved my stay, it was stellar! Location was unbeatable and staff very professional. The beach there was sandy, the hotel was located adjacent to the shore. Gorgeous view, a small balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too.

Brilliant place for exploring Buffalo. The property was clean and staff was courteous. I got an incredible breakfast with pancakes, fruits, glutenfree options. Central location, at a medium distance from George Washington.

pretty staff and satisfactory breakfasts. gorgeous location, within walking distance of fountain plaza. efficient service, exceptional room and huge bathroom. the staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. plenty of various drinks, such as tea and smoothies in the bar.

Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Flawless staff and enjoyable location. Average, cheap room with it's own balcony and terrace. The breakfast was free, I loved variety of food they served. The easy check-in process too;))

Rooms were big and big size with nice beds, breakfast was astonishing. The staff here was absolutely wonderful - impeccable service & amazing communication. I got free upgrade and liked it. Marvellous views over street from the nice balcony. Super location, a 10-15 minute walk from coca-cola field. Had warm tea and smoothies in the lobby bar.

we recommend the hotel and its staff. it's excellent place for visiting some must see attractions in buffalo. thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant the chocolate bar, it was good. besides, it offers free wi fi.
